These Terms & Conditions govern your use of myprismconsultants.net and its content. “Prism,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prism Business Consultants & Life Coaching. “You” refers to any visitor or user of the website.

Website purpose and eligibility

This website provides general information about Prism’s business consulting and life coaching services. It is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

No professional relationship

Visiting the website, sending an inquiry, or communicating with Prism does not create a consultant-client, coach-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A service relationship begins only after both parties enter into a separate written agreement. If a service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the service agreement controls for those services.

Business consulting and coaching limitations

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Prism does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, psychiatric, psychotherapy, or licensed mental-health services. Life coaching, including NLP-informed techniques, is not diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed professional. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, compliance, and results.

No guarantees

Testimonials, examples, goals, and descriptions of possible outcomes do not promise or guarantee any particular business, financial, career, health, or personal result. Outcomes vary based on circumstances, decisions, effort, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside Prism’s control.

Services, fees, cancellations, and refunds

Descriptions of services on this website are invitations to inquire and are not binding offers. Scope, fees, payment terms, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, and other service-specific terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written service agreement.
